As a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, Sarah not only has proven experience, but she has also completed a combination of accredited training, coaching hours, assessments and compliance with standards of practice. In addition, as a National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer, Sarah has the experience and expertise to not only help you build your emotional fitness but your overall physical well-being.

Our leadership model, SWEAT, Success With Empathy and Trust, develops the whole person from the inside out.

At the core, we help you to develop the five eiBOOSTERS: sleep, gratitude, focus, movement and awe. These boosters are necessary to prime the body and the mind to be energized, focused, positive and ready to develop emotional intelligence.

You will then be ready to start the Inner Work. Here, you will learn to understand what you are feeling and how your emotions affect your behavior.

Then, as you move to develop your Outer Work, you will develop the skills necessary for understanding what others are feeling and how to use that knowledge for effective leadership.

Not only is this a great way to deepen your knowledge and build your skills, it is a great way for you and your coach to stay connected between live coaching sessions.

Athlete’s Corner

Sarah is the Founder of the non-profit organization, eiFOCUS™. Here, she brings her emotional intelligence experience and expertise together with her passion for sports. eiFOCUS™ trains athletic coaches the leadership skills of emotional intelligence. As a result, coaches impact their female athletes by creating positive relationships and an environment where ALL female athletes can thrive in sport and in life.

Sarah offers a limited number of 1:1 coaching sessions for current competitive athletes and those who may not be competing but are Always an Athlete.
